Daily rate is per room and is inclusive of breakfast.
Breakfast is either full cooked or continental. Prices are valid until March 2007.
Rates are negotiable for extended stays.

Individual children over the age of 12 and occupying another room will be charged single occupancy rates.
Guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 11.00 am on the morning of their departure (unless previously arranged with Roger or Karen)

We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard.
Cancellation policy
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required should guests wish to cancel their booking. A charge of $40 will be levied on cancellations received after this time.
In the event of no cancellation notice being received and guests not arriving, a full one night's charge will be made.
